COLOGNE, Germany: Award-winning 3D printer manufacturer Asiga continues to take a scientific yet user-focused approach to dental workflows with a suite of new product releases on display at the International Dental Show (IDS). First up is the company’s highly anticipated Cure, an intelligent post-curing device that utilises an advanced curing protocol to deliver a measured cure based on the volume of objects inside the curing chamber.
Attendees can learn more about this revolutionary approach and how the Cure overcomes common post-curing challenges related to object size and volume. At the core of the Cure is a maintenance-free, glass-vacuum chamber surrounded by high-powered UV LEDs, ensuring a uniform distribution of light for optimal curing in an inert environment. With nitrogen connectivity also available, the Cure is a flexible yet powerful curing solution for dentistry.
Alongside the Cure, Asiga introduces easy-switch Crown Kits for the Max and Ultra 3D printers, enabling the rapid manufacture of chairside and laboratory crowns and bridges. New biocompatible resin releases complement Asiga’s existing Class I and Class IIa resin offerings, expanding applications to include splints, mouthguards, retainers and flexible partial dentures.
While Asiga has been recognised primarily as a 3D printer manufacturer, at IDS the company showcases much more, particularly its latest software automation tools. These include automatic job set-up, production workflow management, and seamless integration with third-party design services, further enhancing digital dental workflows.
IDS visitors are invited to Booth H040–J041 in Hall 3.1 to test and try the new products from Asiga.
