Dr James Chow

Dr James Chow is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon with more than 30 years of clinical experience and a particular interest in navigated and robotic implant surgery. His work has contributed to the development and clinical application of advanced technologies in computer-assisted implant surgery. Dr Chow founded the Brånemark Osseointegration Centers in Hong Kong and Shanghai in China, both part of the Associated Brånemark
Osseointegration Centers network. He serves as an honorary clinical associate professor at the University of Hong Kong and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In addition to his clinical practice, he is involved in international dental education and has published extensively on digital implant surgery and related clinical protocols. He co-founded CyberSmile, a training centre for digital dentistry, navigated surgery, robotics and artificial intelligence integration that opened in Hong Kong earlier this year.
