International expert jury evaluates outstanding cases

All submissions were assessed anonymously based on case documentation. Key evaluation criteria were clinical complexity, aesthetic execution, material selection and patient satisfaction. A 16-member international panel of leading dentists and dental technicians evaluated the entries. Representing Germany, Switzerland and Austria, the jury included Prof. Daniel Edelhoff, Prof. Irena Sailer, Oliver Brix, Vincent Fehmer and Carola Wohlgenannt.

Awards ceremony in Mexico City

Teams from around the world, consisting of dental technicians and dentists, submitted their most impressive restorative cases for the Proven Masters category, and young dental technicians competed in the Rising Talents category. In the Proven Masters category, the jury selected three teams from each of the participating regions—Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Asia, and North America and Oceania—to advance to the finals. All finalists were also invited by Ivoclar to attend the two-day LATAM Symposium, including travel and accommodation. The event offered valuable opportunities for professional development and exchange with peers from around the world. Participants also had the chance to experience the latest innovations in dentistry first hand.
